Good day.

According to my Charlton Standard Catalogue 32nd edition 2020 page 381, it's a radar note three digits. For the Frontiers series, 100$ bill the value can be up to 140$ - 190$ (Circulated - UNC).

In the same book, at page 397, it may be also a three digit cycle.

It is not a radar, the beginning is a 0 and the and a 3. We can not read the same number in two sens. But is it is a repeater 013 is repeat at the end then 3 digits.
